To make modifications to common elements including unit building structure, foundation, windows, roofs, front entry doors, patio doors, front lawn and backyards, a Schedule 1 form must be completed and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. Refer to By-law #12 for more detailed information and the list of Permissible Modifications to Common Elements.
The Recreation Centre Rental Agreement contains the rules when renting this community space. There is a pre and post inspection of the space the day before the rental. This is carried out with the renter and the Superintendent to ensure that the space is in good condition for your event.
