Incorporated in 1976, CCC 90 (Harwood) is a townhouse condominium community situated in beautiful Blackburn Hamlet. Our proximity to forested areas and woodland paths is complemented by our proximity to schools, shopping areas, public transportation, an arena, and a public library.
Condominium Ownership
Although one often associates the term “condominium” with high-rise buildings, condominiums can take many forms including high rises, low-rises, and townhomes such as we enjoy in Harwood. The term really refers to a form of legal ownership, as opposed to a style of construction. Records show that “condo life” existed as far back as the Roman Empire, and the word “condominium” is actually adopted from a Roman term meaning “joint dominion” or “co-ownership”.
